We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager (Band 2). You will work in a rural location (Morpeth) and will be responsible for the entire operation of our outlets.

Salary: £27,612 per annum. Fixed term until 31 August 2027. Annualised hours: 1,950 hours per year.

Interviews: W/C 6th July.

We want to help you look after the things that matter to you. As Manager you'll work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring consistent high standards and driving financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of outlets.
• Maintaining high standards of service and food safety.
• Building and developing the team, including recruiting and training.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and Trust policies.
• Setting and achieving financial targets to increase income and profits.

The role includes induction, allergens and food safety training, and the option to pursue further professional development.

• Have experience delivering outstanding customer service in a similar environment.
• Are strong people leaders, skilled in setting objectives and giving feedback.
• Have experience managing budgets to increase income and control costs.
• Are a people person with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
