We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager (Band 2). You will work in a rural location (Morpeth) and will be responsible for the entire operation of our outlets.
Salary: £27,612 per annum. Fixed term until 31 August 2027. Annualised hours: 1,950 hours per year.
Interviews: W/C 6th July.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations of outlets.
- Maintaining high standards of service and food safety.
- Building and developing the team, including recruiting and training.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and Trust policies.
- Setting and achieving financial targets to increase income and profits.
The role includes induction, allergens and food safety training, and the option to pursue further professional development.
