FLT Driver

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for FLT Drivers to work in Wrexham.

For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:

• £13 per hour
• 4 on 4 off (6-6). Alternating Days & Nights.
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Immediate inductions available

The role - FLT Driver:

• To operate forklift trucks to transport finished products and packaging in a safe & controlled manner, ensuring there is no damage to the materials
• Move finished products from production areas to internal / external warehouses
• Provide quality inspection on all pallets to be moved
• Supply the production department with the packaging requirements and pallets, return any foreign pallets and excessive packaging materials to stock
• Removal of packaging from finished goods pallet to allow them to be fed onto the lines
• Complete daily FLT safety checks & record in record book

What our client is looking for in a FLT Driver:

• In-date FLT Counterbalance License - ESSENTIAL
• Punctuality & Reliability
• Professional attitude to work
• Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment - ADVANTAGEOUS
• Familiarity of Health and Safety policy procedures & Hygiene rules and procedures
