Position: Street Patroller
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.60 + travel expenses
Contract Length: 6 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
About the Role:
As a Street Patroller, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, covering Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire (Totton and Gosport). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field while collaborating with various teams to drive improvements and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate parking areas throughout the city to ensure optimal space utilisation.
* Visit potential new parking locations in order to expand our coverage
* Patrol on a bike to repark our bikes/scooters and maintain a neat, tidy environment.
* Conduct in-field quality checks, identifying and flagging any damaged bikes.
* Provide valuable feedback to the city success team regarding current and potential parking locations.
* Report any instances of user misconduct, such as riding on pavements.
* Engage in marketing events and promote our services, assisting riders with inquiries about creating accounts and safely riding.

* You possess professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Customer service is your forte, and you have an approachable nature.
* You can navigate communication with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Problem-solving is second nature to you, and you always seek to enhance processes.
