Fitness Club Duty Manager - Lead, Sell & Member Experience

Nuffield Health Edinburgh FWC is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the gym team and help ensure smooth club operations. This permanent, full time role focuses on delivering excellent member experiences, guiding staff, and supporting sales initiatives to grow the club's community.

You will prioritise member satisfaction, build strong relationships, and uphold health and safety standards while contributing to targets. On site training may include lifeguard duties and swimming requirements.
