Lifeguard (Bank)

Job Title

Lifeguard - Letchworth FWC Fitness Bank Part time - £13.10 per hour

Work Schedule

Bank basis - you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the wet side facilities - swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when they use the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Be a real team player and passionate about great customer care.
