Duration: 18 months left on site. Permanent Position

Next Site: Drogheda or Navan

Your new role as Site Foreman

• Set up and maintain walkways and routes
• Manage health and safety on site
• Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages
• Understanding of delivery targets
• Inspect on site works
• Weekly reporting on project delivery
• Assist in daily meetings
• Manage on-site contractors
• Control works, including finishes and fixes and handover

What you'll need to be successful as Site Foreman

• A valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
