Job Description
Location: Drogheda
Project: 230 houses & apartments
Duration: 18 months left on site. Permanent Position
Next Site: Drogheda or Navan
Your new role as Site Foreman- Set up and maintain walkways and routes
- Manage health and safety on site
- Commercial knowledge of the scope of work and subcontractor packages
- Understanding of delivery targets
- Inspect on site works
- Weekly reporting on project delivery
- Assist in daily meetings
- Manage on-site contractors
- Control works, including finishes and fixes and handover
- A valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in Residential Building and Construction.
- Strong health and safety knowledge.
