Fine-Dining Chef de Partie - Seasonal Kitchen Lead

Highgrove Gardens is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Orchard Room in Tetbury. This role involves ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant kitchen while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for motivating staff and maintaining high food presentation and hygiene standards. The position requires a flexible approach, as hours will include some weekends and bank holidays.
