Your New Role
This Commercial Finance Business Partner position is an important hire. You will:

• Work alongside senior managers to analyse business performance, produce detailed forecasts, and improve commercial decision-making and cost control.
• Use analytical tools to make commercial recommendations to management teams.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Create financial models and focus on achieving EBITDA targets.
• Drive profitability and support key decision-making.
• Utilise data analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the shared service centre.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified (or nearly qualified) with experience in analytical and business partnering roles.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
