Financial Regulation Partner / Legal Director - Dublin

A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a senior Financial Regulation lawyer in Dublin at Partner or Legal Director level.

This is a strategic hire within a high-performing Finance team that has grown significantly in recent years, reflecting sustained client demand and continued investment in the Irish market. The successful candidate will play a central role in further developing the firm's financial regulatory offering locally, while working closely with an established UK & Ireland regulatory group.

The Work

The role will involve advising domestic and international financial institutions, fintechs and other regulated entities on a broad range of financial regulatory matters, including:

• Prudential and conduct of business regulation
• Regulatory authorisations and change-in-control approvals
• Governance, compliance frameworks and risk management
• Regulatory change projects and implementation
• Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulators
• Cross-border regulatory advisory work
