A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a senior Financial Regulation lawyer in Dublin at Partner or Legal Director level.
This is a strategic hire within a high-performing Finance team that has grown significantly in recent years, reflecting sustained client demand and continued investment in the Irish market. The successful candidate will play a central role in further developing the firm's financial regulatory offering locally, while working closely with an established UK & Ireland regulatory group.

- Prudential and conduct of business regulation
- Regulatory authorisations and change-in-control approvals
- Governance, compliance frameworks and risk management
- Regulatory change projects and implementation
- Engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulators
- Cross-border regulatory advisory work
- Senior financial regulation lawyer with strong technical expertise and market credibility
- Well-connected within the Irish financial services sector
- Commercially minded with an interest in contributing to practice growth
