Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team of Chartered Financial Planners in London. They are a boutique wealth management firm based in one of London's most diverse, creative, and vibrant areas.
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support a team of three, working with an experienced financial planner, paraplanner, and relationship manager, with exposure to family law, estate planning, and trust corporation. Our client offers a friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment with a fresh approach, allowing them to give clients more time and attention to ensure their financial plans align with their aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the back office is up to date
- Pre-populating product and service application forms and adviser charging authorities
- Preparing reports, enclosures, and letters
- Preparing meeting packs
- Banking administration
- Producing management information reports
