Finance Integrational Analyst Based in County Cavan (3-days a week)

Salary: c£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Reed Finance is delighted to be partnered with a highly successful manufacturing businesses in the appointment of a Finance Integrational Analyst to join their growing team.

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Integrational Analyst to support the seamless onboarding of newly acquired businesses into our global operations. This role is instrumental in aligning financial processes, systems, and reporting standards across diverse teams and regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, project management capabilities, and will be happy to be client-facing and travel as and when required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with internal policies, systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Serve as the main point of contact between finance, operational teams, and the acquired business throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Develop and manage structured onboarding plans covering finance, systems, reporting, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Operations, and Compliance to streamline integration efforts.
• Provide strategic input and challenge constructively to support effective decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the integration process.
• Contribute to the development of integration toolkits and best practices.
• Travel internationally as needed to support integration activities on-site.

Essential criteria

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• A minimum of at least 2 years industry/commercial experience
• Full UK or Irish driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel internationally as it is an important aspect of the role
• Excellent communication skills as presenting to key stakeholders is a key aspect of this role
