- THE ROLE -

Ulster University are recruiting to create a register of candidates for the role of Finance Support Assistant. The post holder will be tasked with the operation of the finance systems, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the relevant work area. Candidates will be asked to confirm their preferences for full/part-time roles and permanent/fixed-term roles on the application. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee an offer of employment. If you are successful at the interview, your name will be held for 12 months, and should a vacancy become available, the next candidate may be offered a position. If you have been successful in being added to the Finance Support Assistant register in the last 12 months, you do not need to apply again.

- ABOUT YOU -

- A good standard of numeracy and literacy as evidenced by qualifications (i.e. GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or equivalent) or by relevant work experience.
- Experience of working in a large finance/administration office.
- Experience of inputting and extracting data in a complex financial IT system.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
