Finance Manager SwitzerlandMain location : Canton of Aargau
Your responsibilities
• As part of the management team, you will act as a business partner in a fast-growing organization, working with sales and operations, as well as with suppliers, banks and auditors, to identify gaps and proactively provide forward-looking visibility into the business
• Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting forecasting, controlling & accounting for the subsidiaries in the country, in line with group standards
• Prepare financial statements under local Swiss GAAP and IFRS in SAP
• Produce monthly financial and management accounts for Country Manager, Regional Management, Regional CFO and Group
• Be responsible for year-end reporting and audits in line with Group requirements
• Be responsible for VAT, tax submissions and tax reporting to the Group
• Lead the financial integration of acquired company
• Financial modelling of business cases/opportunities, incorporating risk assessment and sensitivity analysis
Your qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a finance management role
- You have first experience in M&A
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and demonstrate high level of interest to process optimisation
- You preferably have SAP knowledge
- You have good Excel and analytical skills, as well as strong project management experience and a problem-solving attitude
- Your communication skills are excellent to a range of audiences either in German, English or French
- You are confident in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to grow your skills and contribute in-line with the overall business
- You have a positive, can-do attitude with the aptitude and desire to learn and develop
