The Role

We are looking for a motivated Finance intern to support the Finance&Accounting team in a range of diverse responsibilities. You will get the opportunity to participate in financial reporting, learn about essential accounting tasks, assist with monthly financial closing and analysis while working in an international environment, and assist the team in different projects.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Supporting the AP and Procurement team in controlling, checking, and registering the company expenses
• Incorporating financial figures from overseas subsidiary companies into the consolidated monthly closes
• Finetuning the expense approval and registration process & automating internal processes
• Populating and keeping track of cash projections on an individual and group level
• Participate actively in the financial planning processes of the company, gaining hands-on experience in creating and refining financial strategies.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team with ad hoc projects as they arise.

What you should bring

Technically

• Studies in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent Excel skills
• Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Knowledge of financial consolidation and tax would be an asset
