Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to create and manage budgets effectively.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Assist with forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact for audit preparation and queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with not-for-profit sector financial practices is a plus.
