FINANCE AND OPERATIONS OFFICER.

Overview

Our client has a career opportunity for a candidate with strong Joint venture property management experience, ideally in the banking sector, to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial property development company.

Responsibilities

• Management of the company's Joint venture projects
• Liaise with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cashflow
• Work alongside the property finance team to assist with mezzanine and equity loans for property development
• Liaise with the Operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements
• Work closely with the family office on new business opportunities
• Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the Operations Manager

Requirements / Qualifications

You will likely be working within the banking sector and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.
