We're Hiring! Finance Administrator


Are you a hands-on finance professional who thrives in an international, detail-driven environment? Hoshizaki, a global leader in commercial kitchen and food service equipment, is looking for a Finance Administrator to support our operations in Amsterdam.


About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and operations across our branch. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team in the EMEA Finance & Accounting department, supporting daily and monthly accounting processes, financial reporting, and audits.

You'll handle a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Support monthly closings: journal entries, accruals, IC transactions, reconciliations
  • Handle expense reports, SRXP payments, and supplier runs
  • Assist in audits (internal and external) and JSOX compliance
  • Collaborate with the HQ in Japan and other EMEA teams
  • Support the Branch Accountant with branch performance analysis, cost reviews (logistics, campaigns, stock), and financial reports

What You Bring

  • MBO 4+ qualification in Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting, with solid general ledger knowledge
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages are a plus
  • Experience in an international company is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • You are a proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
