File Manager

For one of our clients based in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced Case Manager (m/f) to join the Returns Assistance Group (RAA) for a long-term temporary assignment. Start date: to be determined. Location: Lausanne. Rate: 100%. Team: 2 people. Required experience: 5 to 8 years.Your responsibilities:- Conduct return assistance interviews (analysis of indigence).- Collect, verify, and analyze personal and financial information of beneficiaries.- Process and manage cases in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity and regulations, draft correspondence, decisions, and create dashboards related to activities.- Handle certain specific cases requiring in-depth analysis.- Welcome clients at the counter and by phone, respond to their requests, or direct them appropriately.- Provide support in their processes for advances on assistance according to the established rules.Profile:- 5 to 8 years of experience in case management, public sector, social work, or social insurance.- Excellent analytical, writing skills, and attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and provide solutions.- Good communication and flexibility, sense of organization, and good knowledge of social insurance.- English: good level.
