Field Housing Officer: Inspections, Tenancies & Arrears

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to oversee estate inspections, tenancy management and arrears recovery across Corby and nearby areas. The role requires regular on-site visits, strong communication with tenants, and proactive issue resolution.

You will spend about 60% of the week visiting properties in Corby (2 days) and Kettering (3 days), ensuring leases are upheld and maintenance issues are addressed efficiently.
