Field-Based Horticulture Assessor & Mentor

Capel Manor College is seeking a Horticulture Work-Based Assessor to support learners working towards horticulture qualifications across London. This field-based role includes visits to workplaces, mentoring, coaching, and assessing practical competence.

You will maintain records, provide feedback, and may deliver workshops while developing learning materials. A passion for horticulture and ability to build relationships with learners and employers are essential.
