Assistant Farm Manager - Livestock Welfare & Site Lead

Avara Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager at our Marchington site. The role is farm-based, focusing on the wellbeing and performance of the livestock and supporting day-to-day operations across a modern farm environment.

You will work with the farm management team to oversee day-to-day farming activities, supervise staff, maintain hygiene, and ensure welfare, biosecurity, and cost-effective practices. The position is a full-time, on-site role with early starts and weekend duties.
