We are seeking an organised, personable Farm Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Glenthorne Vets on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

Our experienced team includes six full-time equivalent Small Animal Vets, five Large Animal Vets, two Mixed Animal Vets and eight Nurses, all committed to supporting one another and helping new graduates develop.
How You'll Make a DifferenceAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
The role includes reception duties, answering calls, providing administrative support, data entry and general office tasks. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, and previous administration experience is preferred.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time, 12-month maternity cover position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
