"Opportunity: AI Full-Stack Engineer

Location: London/In Office (5 Day)

Looking for: Strong Python Full Stack engineers who can build production-grade Agentic AI systems

What you'll do
Build multi-agent systems & stateful workflows using Google ADK/LangChain/LangGraph
Tool calling & API integration - secure Python APIs that agents can actually use
Prompt engineering & state management - system instructions, memory, context windows
Structured outputs - JSON schemas + Pydantic validation to keep LLMs in check
Guardrails & safety - circuit breakers, fallback logic, hallucination control
Observability & evals-as-code - tracing agent reasoning + automated prompt testing

Must Have - What we're looking for
Strong Python/Back End background - APIs, microservices, system design
Hands-on with LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) & orchestration frameworks
Solid understanding of Google Cloud services & resources
Google Professional Cloud Architect certification - must-have
Comfortable with containers, cloud deploys, CI/CD
Testing mindset - unit & integration tests for probabilistic systems
Systems thinker - decision trees, async events, graceful state handling

Nice To Have
A PhD in ML
Experience pre-training foundational models or wrangling GPU clusters
Calculus-heavy algorithm design
TL;DR: Strong Python Fullstack engineer + GCP Certified Architect who can build reliable Agentic AI systems.
