THE ROLE:
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to lead its Kent office as Branch Manager. This role offers genuine autonomy, strong organisational support, and the chance to shape the future of a growing family law practice, making it ideal for an ambitious solicitor ready to take the next step in their career. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and private children law cases. Alongside handling your own files, you will play a pivotal role in developing the team, strengthening the firm's regional presence, and driving the continued growth and success of the practice.

THE CANDIDATE:

A proactive, commercially minded approach and commitment to exceptional client service are essential, alongside a collaborative attitude and the drive to support the continued growth of the practice.
