Family Lawyer (4-6 PQE)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leading specialists in financial remedies, complex divorce, and cohabitation disputes
• Manage your own caseload and build your own profile within the team
• Handle high-value financial remedy cases
• Address complex cohabitation disputes
• Draft pre and post nuptial agreements
• Navigate international family law issues
• Assist with private children matters

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (approximately 4-6 years' PQE)
• Strong experience in privately funded family work
• Comfortable managing your own caseload
• Strong financial remedy experience desirable
• Someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships
• Able to spend 2-3 days per week in Liverpool and Southport office
