Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Work closely with leading specialists in financial remedies, complex divorce, and cohabitation disputes
- Manage your own caseload and build your own profile within the team
- Handle high-value financial remedy cases
- Address complex cohabitation disputes
- Draft pre and post nuptial agreements
- Navigate international family law issues
- Assist with private children matters
- Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (approximately 4-6 years' PQE)
- Strong experience in privately funded family work
- Comfortable managing your own caseload
- Strong financial remedy experience desirable
- Someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships
- Able to spend 2-3 days per week in Liverpool and Southport office
Demonstrates expertise in financial remedies and complex family law, with a strong ability to manage a caseload and build trusted client relationships. Proficient in drafting pre and post nuptial agreements and navigating international family law issues.
