The Role

• Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast paced environment
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes
• Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards
• Keep workspaces - including workshop mezzanine, stores, and external storage - clean and organized
• Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered
• Support scheduling and workshop preparation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly (preferred but not essential)
• Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential)
• Team player with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to learn and grow
