- Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast paced environment
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes
- Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards
- Keep workspaces - including workshop mezzanine, stores, and external storage - clean and organized
- Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered
- Support scheduling and workshop preparation
- Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential)
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Leominster
