Salary: £33,179 - £36,384 per annum, inclusive of £5,148 London Weighting.

As a key member of our operations team, you will:

Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring LSBU Group facilities operate safely and efficiently

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Support continuous service improvement through internal and external audits

Ensure consistent health and safety compliance across all activities

Contribute to income generation and occupancy targets

Monitor, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Work closely with senior managers to maintain and improve service quality.

You'll be part of a rota covering LSBU Active's full opening hours: Mon - Fri: 7am - 10pm Sat - Sun: 10am - 6pm Bank Holidays & University Closure Days: 10am - 4pm
