We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Assistant to join our team. In this varied role, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of onsite facilities services, including customer experience, hospitality, housekeeping, and operational support, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all.

What you'll do:

• Deliver a professional 5-star customer service experience across the site.
• Support day-to-day facilities management, hospitality, and customer experience activities.
• Assist with meeting room set ups, vending hub checks, and stock monitoring procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, and reactive cleaning.
• Report faults, incidents, customer feedback, and safety concerns while working collaboratively with onsite teams.

What you bring:

• Previous experience within customer service, facilities management, hospitality, or a workplace support environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and respond positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer care while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety, or facilities-related procedures is desirable; relevant training or qualifications would be an advantage.
