We are looking for confident, hands on Food & Beverage Team Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting and developing a high performing team.

This is a key role within our venues, where you will take ownership of shifts, lead by example and ensure every guest receives a welcoming, efficient and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts within the venue, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Support, coach and motivate team members to maintain high performance and confidence
  • Deliver daily briefings and ensure the team understands priorities and expectations
  • Handle guest queries or concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating where required
  • Oversee till operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or requirements promptly
  • Ensure food and drink service standards, presentation and speed of service are consistently met
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all areas
  • Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring full compliance and readiness
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and company policies
  • Carry out safety checks and report or resolve any risks or hazards
  • Support people processes by providing feedback and escalating performance or conduct concerns appropriately
Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage or a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions
  • Good understanding of service standards and guest expectations

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 or allergen awareness (or willingness to obtain)
Safeguarding & Compliance

This role requires full compliance with food safety, health & safety, safeguarding and licensing standards.

Hours of Work

Our Food & Beverage venues operate across days, evenings and weekends, including peak holiday periods.

Flexibility to work variable shifts is essential.
