As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking - the hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
What your day will look like?As an F&B Supervisor, your day will involve leading the food and beverage team, ensuring smooth service across all areas, supporting daily operations, handling guest feedback, and working closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences from start to finish.
What You'll Bring?We're looking for a motivated F&B Supervisor who thrives on leading service teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences. You'll have at least one year of experience in a similar supervisory role within a branded hospitality environment, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. Confident in managing busy service periods and using technology to support operations, you'll also be ready to step in and support your team with hands on leadership whenever needed. You lead by example, reflecting our values through high service standards, teamwork, and a positive, can do attitude.
