F&B Operations Lead - Cafés & Catering

Museum is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor based at our F&B premises, leading the daily operation and supporting a team of F&B Assistants. This role includes catering for external events such as lunches, buffets, canape receptions and gala dinners.

You will ensure high-quality food, beverage and service, and take line management of the F&B Assistant team, including HR duties. Also responsible for food safety and stock control.
