Assistant Hotel Manager: Lead Guest Services & Team

Atlas Hotels is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager for the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Airport, NEC. This role is 40 hours per week across 5 days with rotating weekends, reporting to the Hotel Manager and guiding the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, GDPR and brand standards while supporting revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
