- Promote independence, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour through personalised interventions, modelling, and reinforcement approaches tailored to each learner.
- Support pupils' academic progress and social emotional development
- Work closely with pastoral, SEN, and leadership teams to ensure effective interventions
- Contribute to curriculum planning and classroom strategies to enhance learning experiences
- Champion inclusive and innovative practice across Early Years
- Qualified Teacher with UK QTS
- An experienced EYFS professional with a record of supporting diverse learners
- Committed to excellence and making a tangible impact on children's learning
- A collaborative team player able to support colleagues and champion inclusive teaching practices
