Extra Care Team Leader: Lead & Support Residents

Radis Community Care is seeking a Team Leader for our Extra Care Service in Knowle, Bristol. This temporary maternity cover role combines 50% care duties with 50% team leadership, supporting residents living independently in an extra care complex.

You will supervise and mentor Support Workers, coordinate schedules, and help with daily living activities while building strong community relationships. A DBS is required and a driving license is advantageous.
