Job Description
Customer Service Co-Ordinator
My client based in Lisburn urgently needs a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to start immediately.
Full-Time Temporary with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate
Hourly rate: £13.46
Location: Office based (Lisburn)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
About the Role
To provide efficient administrative and customer service support to customers and the commercial team, ensuring customer orders, enquiries, payments, and documentation are processed accurately and professionally.
Duties
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems.
- Manage customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department where required.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide day-to-day order management and order processes, supporting commercial teams in Northern Ireland, Great Britian & Republic of Ireland.
- Scan, file, and archive documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform general office administration duties to support the smooth running of the department and the wider business.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
