Job Description
Salary/rate: £60000.00 - £64000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus
OverviewExternals Site Manager - Luxury New Build Development in the Windsor area. Up to £64,000 + package.
The Role- Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward.
- Maintain strong health & safety culture and site compliance.
- Ensure exceptional standards are upheld in line with the company's reputation for luxury housing.
- Proven track record as a Site Manager with major housebuilders or developers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of NHBC standards and health & safety requirements.
Salary up to £64,000 (depending on experience)
