Job Description

Salary/rate: £60000.00 - £64000.00 per annum + car allowance + package + bonus

Overview

Externals Site Manager - Luxury New Build Development in the Windsor area. Up to £64,000 + package.

The Role
  • Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward.
  • Maintain strong health & safety culture and site compliance.
  • Ensure exceptional standards are upheld in line with the company's reputation for luxury housing.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager with major housebuilders or developers.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of NHBC standards and health & safety requirements.
Package

Salary up to £64,000 (depending on experience)
