Key Responsibilities:

• 6-10 years experience with crisis communications/social escalations/incident management
• Experience managing externally facing communications on public platforms
• Strong editorial judgement and a clear point of view on tone and messaging.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications during technical incidents and platform outages.
• Support continuous improvement of escalation workflows, documentation, and response playbooks.
• Excellent copywriting skills, particularly under strict time constraints.
• Familiarity with YouTube products, policies, creators, and platform dynamics.
