Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

Our client is a well-established Irish manufacturing business that designs and manufactures electrical power distribution solutions for a broad range of Irish and multinational customers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced HR Generalist to their HR team.

What's on Offer

• Salary of€50,000-€55,000
• Fully onsite in Clondalkin
• Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm
• Early finish every Friday (1.00pm)

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and absence management
• Coaching and supporting managers on HR best practice and employment legislation
• Delivering new starter inductions and supporting learning and development initiatives
• Coordinating training programmes and maintaining learning records through the HR systems
• Supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contracts and employee records
• Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation
• Producing HR reports and analysing trends to support business decisions

You'll ideally have:

• 3+ years' experience in a broad HR Generalist role
• A recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
• Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing grievances, disciplinaries and performance matters
• A solid understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience delivering training or learning and development initiatives
