All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- You'll be responsible for leading the entire project management process, ensuring organization, planning, adherence to timelines, and budget management. Your tasks will include preparing, reviewing, and disseminating detailed progress reports to identify any gaps and proactively mitigate risks. Team up with Workstream Leads in Workfront to create timelines to maintain coherence across all workstreams. Managing interdependencies within and between workstreams is essential for fostering seamless collaboration. You'll also play a crucial role in identifying, clarifying, and addressing risks and issues, coordinating mitigation plans with Workstream Teams to ensure the project's success.
- You will spearhead collaboration across up to nine critical workstreams, including Scoping; Site and Building Development; Plant Engineering and Automation; Production and Technology; IT Implementation; Logistics and Customs; Procurement; Quality Management; and Operational Ramp-Up. Your responsibilities will include organizing regular workstream meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines, fostering seamless collaboration across teams, and driving stakeholder engagement through critical meetings that enable data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will support the Program Manager in preparing and presenting comprehensive status reports and insights to the Decision Board.
- You'll be driving the development of a comprehensive Operations Expansion Framework, using project management methods to incorporate tools, methods, and procedures aligned with global standards. You'll actively contribute to the continuous improvement of RedBull's global Expansion Program Methods, refining the Expansion Framework to boost project effectiveness. Additionally, you'll ensure proper documentation and knowledge management, preserving lessons learned for future use.
- You'll be tasked with building strong relationships and fostering collaboration within the Operations team and other relevant departments. Your responsibilities will include establishing a robust network within RedBull and its Partner Organizations. Additionally, you'll develop technical expertise and standards by leveraging the knowledge base of technical experts for turnkey manufacturing and warehousing projects.
Profil
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Project or Program Management within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are essential.
- Experience with CAPEX Projects preferred.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on conceptual thinking and continuous improvement.
- Structured, autonomous work style.
- High energy, drive, and hands-on approach.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.

Wir bieten
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2691,00 gross per month.
