Executive Principal: Education & Employability Leader

Leeds City College, part of Luminate Education Group, is seeking an Executive Principal to lead the college's strategic direction, learner outcomes and employer-led delivery across four campuses in Leeds. The role drives excellence, innovation and regional partnership with employers and stakeholders.

You will chair the Executive Leadership Team, empower staff to be autonomous, influence regional skills agendas, and deliver transformative education aligned to the group's vision.
