Job Description
Caféjac seeks an Executive Chef (Business Development / Relief Head Chef) to lead and develop the café's kitchen, building a reliable team that delivers exceptional food, service and food safety standards. You will recruit, train, and build menus while managing HACCP compliance, costs and stock, with a focus on growth and profitability.
You will drive seasonal menu innovation and support marketing efforts, aiming for top hygiene ratings, strong GP and improving review scores.
