What you'll do:

• Manage and inspire a large concierge team.

• Liaise with cleaning and maintenance contractors.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, from building systems to resident services.

• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and customer care.

What we're looking for:

• Strong, confident personality with edge - can hold your own!

• Experience managing large residential teams or developments.

• Hands-on operational knowledge: boilers, lifts, general building systems etc.

• Personable, adaptable and service-focused.

• £70k salary

• Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
