Project Manager - Real Estate Development

You lead large-scale real estate projects in Romandy (mainly in Geneva), from the initial phase to completion, ensuring control over risks, costs, deadlines, and quality. Project Manager - Real Estate Development (M/F)Our client is a Swiss company active in the development, management, and ownership of real estate assets, combining construction projects with the holding of a significant portfolio. It focuses its activities in the main urban centers of the country, where it designs, plans, and builds buildings while operating part of the properties it develops.Responsibilities- Manage the SIA phases then accompany the phases by coordinating external stakeholders as well as internal teams with urban planning procedures (PLQ) and oversee land arrangements (agreements with third parties, easements, establishment of condo ownership, subdivision).- Develop and update financial plans OCLPF and internal plans, ensure their monitoring and controlling to the final account.- Define the real estate product (program, sustainability, profitability, market analyses) and make trade-offs with stakeholders.- Lead and monitor the (PPE or in conjunction with internal teams).- Participate in the studies of acquisition of new land opportunities (analyses, financial plans).- Regularly report to the Management of the university in architecture, civil engineering (HES, EPFL, or equivalent), economics or law, complemented by experience in real estate (IEI, federal diploma of developer, etc.).- Proven experience in real estate project development in Geneva, with specific experience in development zones.- Excellent mastery of real estate regulations, including land use planning, construction law, etc.- Structured, organized personality, possessing a strong entrepreneurial capacity, keen sense of responsibility and innovative solutions.- Proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.Advantages- Ambitious and varied projects from the Client's side, freedom of action, and working with a motivated team.- Possibilities for evolution within a real estate company with modern working conditions, social benefits, and a pleasant workplace. jideabf68aaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
