Estate Concierge & Safety Champion

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a reliable Concierge Officer to provide a visible frontline presence across flatted estates in Wolverhampton. You will conduct fire safety and building checks, monitor communal areas, and assist residents with day-to-day enquiries to keep environments safe and welcoming.

The role requires weekend and bank holiday work on a 37-hour week, with shift patterns from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. A 10% shift allowance is included in the salary package.
